About Kix - Foster Needed! | |
|
|
Kix (former known as Bob) is a sweet, sensitive soul looking for a calm and loving foster home where he can truly thrive. Rescued as a stray alongside two other GSPs, Kix has made great strides in his current home but needs a quieter environment to feel safe and secure.
Kix lives peacefully with two other dogs (a yellow and a chocolate lab). He shares food and toys without aggression and enjoys their company.
He’s also cat-approved! Kix lives with three cats, including a playful kitten. He’s curious but gentle, showing no signs of aggression.
Kix does well with middle school-aged children and neighborhood kids. He enjoys attention but can become anxious with too much noise or activity.
Kix is extremely affectionate and loyal—he’ll be your shadow and loves to snuggle. He’s shy with new people and easily startled by loud noises, so a quiet home is ideal. He’s playful with rope toys and enjoys chewies. He doesn’t know commands yet and has not been trained off-leash ((yet!)).
Kix’s current environment is too noisy and busy for his comfort. He becomes anxious with loud sounds (like those from a nearby mechanic shop) and needs more time and attention than his current family can provide.
