Update: Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Marabelle has successfully completed her surgeries and is now on the road to recovery. She’s healing well and enjoying the comfort of her foster home. Over the course of her time with GPPR, her foster family has fallen head over heels in love with her, and we expect she’ll be adopted by them once she’s officially cleared by a veterinarian!

Marabelle is currently in a loving foster home, but she’s facing a painful challenge: entropion, a condition where her eyelids roll inward and rub against her eyes, causing constant irritation and risk of damage.

She has a consultation scheduled with a veterinary eye specialist, and surgery will likely be needed to correct the problem and relieve her pain. On top of that, Marabelle still needs to be spayed before she can be made available for adoption.

For now, she’s not ready to find her forever family, but she does need your help to get there.
