Scout has arrived to GPPR! He was one of 111 dogs seized from a property in Iowa. Prior to joining rescue, he had only lived in an outdoor kennel. He is working hard on learning what it means to be inside the home, where to go if he needs to go potty, and that a crate is a safe space. He is very sweet and loves human attention.
