Remi is a sweet senior looking for a quiet, loving home where ear rubs are a daily ritual. Low drama. Low noise. Lots of love and affection. She enjoys attention, is calm and quiet, and almost never barks. She gets short bursts of zoomies, then settles in for a nap. She does not care much about toys. She knows basic commands including heel and load up.

Home life

• House trained, crate trained, and sleeps on a dog bed

• No separation anxiety 

Health

Remi has some allergies that are managed with a daily dose of Apoquel. Her adopter should be prepared to continue this routine so she stays comfortable. Otherwise she is in good health for her age.

Other animals and kids

• Dogs: Tolerant of all sizes and has done well at doggie daycare, but she prefers to chill

• Cats: Unknown

• Children: Good with respectful kids

Hunting background

A little hunting exposure. Not gun shy. If you say "get the bird" she locks in and focuses.

Ideal home

Remi will thrive with someone who is around more and happy to give gentle companionship, easy walks, soft places to snooze, and frequent ear rubs. She would do well as a solo dog or with calm, respectful dogs who give her space.
