Hello again, it's Pete or Petey as my foster mom calls me. I was told it's time for an update on how I am doing since I have been with my family for four months now. When I first got to my new home, I was scared of everything and would hide under the table or on my foster parents' bed 98% of the time. They put in lots of hard work to make sure I knew it was OK and that I was now safe and loved. My foster fur-siblings have shown me the ropes and let me be a happy boy. I just love running and playing with them. I am a champion treat-getter now. My mom makes me do these crazy things for treats now, for instance making me come to her or making me sit. I think my new nickname is no-no, but I only get that when I am helping clean the dishes in the sink or on the counter or trying to help with laundry... can't she see I'm just trying to be helpful and not be a freeloader?!

As far as humans, I am still glued to my foster mom but have learned foster dad and sister are ok too, especially when they give me treats. My foster brother is still scary, but mom thinks it's because he is so tall and muscular. He does give me pets, so maybe he isn't so bad. I am still scared of noises, but once I realize those noises aren't going to get me, I go back to being my crazy self. Mom says I am the best snuggler and give the sweetest little kisses. She also says I'm also going to always be a softy and scaredy cat, but that is what makes me so sweet.

If you are a patient home who will love me for me, please complete the adoption form here: ADOPT ME
