Celia has a sad story to share. She came from Ohio where her previous owner passed away. We pulled her from the kill shelter where she came to NE and was treated for Heart Worms. She then was adopted. Her second owner passed away suddenly. She was then adopted again, and returned for no tolerance to little kids. Celia's next home will need to provide her with plenty of stability and patience. She will need some time to adjust and be allowed to adjust on her own time.
Celia is on the shyer side but warms up quickly. She has a nice disposition, listens well and loves attention. Celia is crate trained. Located near Des Moines IA.
